Trick or Treat in The Steemer

Join us for a special Halloween event in Wittenberg University's state-of-the-art indoor practice and competition facility, The Steemer.

Students representing Wittenberg's intercollegiate athletics teams and other campus organizations will be on hand giving out treats to children wearing the best and brightest Halloween costumes. The event will also feature a variety of games and activities. Everyone in our community is invited to participate!

• When: Monday, October 27, 2025 
• Time: 6:30 - 8 PM 
• Where: The Steemer at Wittenberg University's Health, Wellness & Athletics (HWA) Complex (250 Bill Edwards Drive, Springfield OH 45501)
• Who: Children aged 12-and-under

Trick or Treat in The Steemer is sponsored by Wittenberg Athletics. The first 50 children to register will receive a souvenir bag upon entry.

I give Wittenberg University the absolute right and permission to use my photograph, video, interview, speech, likeness, name, or other personal information in its promotional materials and publicity efforts. I understand that the material may be used and/or edited for use in a publication, print ad, direct-mail piece, electronic media (e.g. video, social media, Internet) or other form of promotion that now exists or may exist in the future. I understand and agree that any media collected by Wittenberg University shall be their property. I release the university, the photographer, the videographer, their offices, employees, agents and designees of Wittenberg University from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with such use. I also acknowledge that since my participation in such promotion is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation. I represent that I am 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to sign this agreement.
