  • 2025 Commencement Extended Stay Request

Staying in Campus Housing beyond hall closing (May 14 @ 5PM) is limited to students who have a verifiable need to be involved in University Commencement activities. This criteria is subject to change based on University, local, state, or federal developments.

Permission to stay for commencement housing is only for approved students. Any student who appears to be housing another student is subject to additional charges and possible conduct charges.

Watch your Wittenberg email for request approval/denial confirmation and further instructions. Approval/denial emails will go out on a rolling basis beginning Friday, May 2.

Summer housing residents DO NOT need to submit this form as they are already approved to stay if they are approved for Summer Housing.
